Data File

Documentation of a data file is, in large part, identical to the data object documentation since the data file is basically just a persistent data object. The only difference is that data files are real products which have business value so it must be documented who produces it, who needs it and why:

All parts of the documentation should be generated from the Enterprise Architect: format and frequency are element's tagged values, the system is connected to the data file by a "create" dependency relationship.
