In our professional lives, we have participated in many projects where we have met many analysts, both excellent and rather weak. We have had a chance to see what works well in terms of analysis but have also experienced many antipatterns, which blocks analysts from being as efficient as they could be. We will also have a thought of how the reluctance to innovation and lack of automation causes it to be heavy-footed and ossified in comparison to development.
